Our Feta is a Greek style Feta stored in its own sea salt/whey brine. The flavor is all about what the girls are eating at that time of year. Jersey cow milk feta and blend it throughout the year due to our girls natural cycles. We do not use culture to make it, just vegetable rennet. We recommend a quick soak in cold water to wash the brine off before eating it. It tastes great with fresh fruit, tomatoes, salads including cold pasta salad. Fresh & Firm !
